Danny has led research and development in the betterment of workplace relations
since the late 1980s. During this period of diligent investigation, he has made
many important discoveries leading to an extensive new body of knowledge known
as Work Role Yields Management™. Presently, his inventions and
innovative methods have grown into solutions for both organizations and working
persons through a variety of TalentSphere business initiatives. During his
eclectic career, Danny has held many leadership or founding positions resting
upon a broad foundation of personal experience inclusive of information
systems, psychometrics, computer hardware and software, digital interactive
photography, digital user interface, heavy truck engineering, commercial sales
management, energy, industrial motors and control systems and military
intelligence technologies. He holds various patents and has been honored with
numerous awards. A few examples: North Carolina Entrepreneur of the Year,
Herrmann International's Big Thinker, Discover Magazine's annual "Discover Award", the US Department of
Energy's national award for energy innovation and Human Resource Executive magazine's national top award for human resources product innovation. His
background encompasses corporate, entrepreneurial, government and community
service activities in private and government sectors within large and small
organizational environments. Danny has recently authored Work Role Yields
Management, Career Fulcrum, Talent Steward Primer, Work's A
We Thing and Hiring Wisdom.

Kimberly Sharman
Evans

| As Region One President, Kim leads,
develops and manages client relationships for Work Role Yields Management
solutions. Previously, Kim was responsible for Deployment Operations for
TalentSphere, and her clients have included many Fortune 500 organizations. She
also played a key role in developing and refining TalentSphere's proprietary
subject matter and defining the content and functionality of key components of
TalentSphere solutions. Prior to joining TalentSphere, Kim led the Multimedia
Studios Division of Internet Pictures Corporation (IPIX), a Motorola new
venture. She draws from a broad experience base including workforce relations,
consulting, systems architecture and content development. Kim holds a MSEE and
a BSEE from Virginia Tech, where she specialized in systems theory. |

John Yu
Senior Vice President, WRYM Solutions Deployment |

| John is Vice President of Solutions Deployment. His
responsibilities include the Business Development of Talent Harvester and
Innovation Harvester solutions for TalentSphere. Additionally, he is
responsible for account management and support for TalentSphere's Fortune 500
client base. He works closely with the Information Technology team in the
development, deployment and support of TalentSphere's web-based solutions
inclusive of facilities operational infrastructure. Prior to joining
TalentSphere, John was president of a leading regional staffing company. John
brings 25 years of sales, management and operational experience from the
Hewlett Packard Company, where he managed both sales and technical operations.
He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical
Engineering with advanced studies from University of Tennessee. He has been the
recipient of the J.C. Penney's Golden Deeds Award, was recognized as one of
America's Outstanding Young Men and recipient of numerous SERTOMA Service to
Mankind Awards. |

Weihua Li
Senior Data Systems Director |

| Weihua is responsible for web-based applications, tools and
subsystems for database management and modeling at TalentSphere. He defines and
implements database architecture and design, implements the data transfer
program, conducts database tuning and capacity planning, and implements the
disaster recovery plan. Before joining TalentSphere, he worked for Robert Half
International, Parker Hannifin. He earned his degree from the College of
Computer Science at The National University of Defense Technology in Changsha
China, and has completed work towards a Masters at China Institute of Atomic
Energy. |
